La famiglia marziale
We are the heirs of Gaetano Marziale, who started the restaurant La bomboniera (The Bonbonnière) in the 1950s. His wife Pasqualina and their children Loreto, Rosanna and Maria now run the restaurant Le colonne (The Columns), a landmark restaurant in Caserta.
Rosanna Marziale learned to cook in the family restaurant, then became an apprentice of Gianfranco Vissani and Martin Berasategui.
Campanian to the bone, Rosanna kindles the fire of a creative cuisine employing the outstanding products of her region.
She is an ambassador of the DOP buffalo mozzarella.
